Context
Advanced & Distributed Databases is a 20 credit point level 6 unit/module. It is core on the BSc Computing course, but is optional on the BSc Software Engineering, Web Development and BIT courses in the School of Computing and Communications.
It is the final year unit of a 60 credit point Databases Theme which is taken in whole or in part by students on BSc courses across the Computing, BIT and Networking Programmes (ie groups of BSc courses) in the School.
