History and Objectives
This work aims to develop techniques for the diagnosis of congestion in ATM networks by measuring the way that the timing of streams of cells is modified.
- uses the UKC ATM monitoring interface designed and developed by Gerald Tripp;
- various people have worked on the project - most of the recent results have been taken by Vedat Demiralp;
- the work has been funded by EPSRC under the ROPA initiative;
- linked with previous funding from HP Labs.
