Vacancy - Research Assistant, CAS Community Support

The School of Computing is looking for an enthusiastic developer [1] to work on maintenance and further development of the Computing At Schools (CAS) website, working alongside the pre-existing team. The role is two-days per week, based at the Canterbury campus and for the fixed term of a year.
The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and experience with server-side web programming as well as good knowledge of HTML and CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Linux, Apache and similar as well as a basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience in deploying and maintaining a dynamic website and working successfully with existing small or medium size code bases is essential.
