PROJECT
Four teams competed in 2009: Kent, Leeds, Nottingham,
and London Metropolitan. Teams of 5
students created challenges to be completed by 2 pairs of students from each
institution. The competition took place
at the London Metropolitan University. The competition schedule is available here.
The students had to create a challenge which
could be coded by pairs of students working at a laptop in the timeframe of 1
hour. The challenges had to fit the
scenario of “something useful for students attending a competition in London”. The prizes were awarded by Paolo Barone (Microsoft).
