Postgraduate Study
The School of Computing is recognised for its world-leading research and has been ranked among the top universities for studying Computer Science in the UK. We offer a range of taught MSc programmes from a Master's conversion programme for graduates of any discipline to Advanced Computer Science programmes in a range of areas. All programmes are offered with an optional industrial placement of between eight and 50 weeks. The industrial placement will enhance your skills and improve your graduate opportunities. Our graduates enjoy an excellent employment rate and salaries to match.

PhD and Reserach Degrees
We welcome new PhD and MSc research students to join our research environment. You can apply for a research degree in any topic that falls within our range of expertise. We also occassionally have additional funding linked to specific projects.
